This website and any evaluation or pilot use of Filcerne. Production use is governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.
Filcerne is an early-stage product. At the time of writing it has not completed a SOC 2 audit or an independent penetration test. Pilots run on masked or synthetic data for that reason. Do not put live personal or cardholder data through Filcerne until the agreement covering that use is signed and the relevant assurances are in place.
During evaluation the software is provided as-is, without warranty. Filcerne is a control that enforces your configuration — it does not decide what your obligations are, and using it does not by itself make you compliant with any regulation.
To the extent the law allows, liability for evaluation use is limited to fees paid for that evaluation. Production terms are set out in the signed agreement.
